Who are you ?.
I have been fascinated by meditation for many years, especially a non religious, non spiritual type commonly known as Mindfulness. It's a very simple and extremely effective way of bringing your attention to the present moment. It requires no prior belief system, there is no chanting or mantras to repeat.
Along with feeling better, you will notice you becoming a lot better at feeling and noticing your thoughts and how you interact with the world around you.
I offer this spoken therapy (That I call 'Mind How You Go') as part of all my massage therapies.
